[LGM] ATTN ALL: Call for 2018 venue...

Hi all,

whereever LGM 2018 takes place (Basel and Seville both sound great),
we'll sure try to be there and jumpstart the 2019 process by
collecting some immediate feedback / suggestions from attendees (if
indeed a decision is made that we host the 2019 LGM, not sure how
official such decisions are but I imagine we need sth in writing so we
can feed that into our local fundraising efforts)
