Well I like to check the easy items quick in my TODO list. :P
Finding a place is easy. If we do it, we also plan to do things well
and I will need to contact many of our FLOSS contacts

Well since my contact wants me to recontact him in October because he
doesn't have enough visibility yet, I believe that pushing back a year
means also pushing back any kind of booking a year as well. Also 3
years is very far away. It's hard to know what will happen in between.
What would be good would be that by October, we know for sure about
the other places. I'd like to avoid round trips because we change the
year all the time.
In any cases, I will probably go and discuss with this person the next
time I go to some FLOSS event there.
