[LGM] LGM in Paris?

That's fine, but let's set the bar high. As I said before, I think that
local interest and energy are a lot more important than location, and I
don't want to sacrifice those. I could probably host in Hong Kong in 2020,
but I don't think that, with the nature of my network there, I could
deliver participants the way you can.
