[LGM] irc meeting (dates of LGM)

Hi Gijs!
Sadly, it's not possible. There's another cultural event in that dates
that will happen in both proposed venues as well. The coordination with
this event and the need to avoid the major bank holidays of the city are
the reasons that we chose the proposed weekend.
