[LGM] irc meeting (dates of LGM)

Hi,

We're excited to see this great proposal for LGM 2018 in Sevilla. As
travel costs are reasonable we're dreaming about coming with many OSP's.
We see there was some discussion in the IRC on the dates already,
proposing the last week of April. As most of us are also teaching our
availabilities are depending on Holidays. It would thus be great if the
LGM falls within one. We realize they are probably varied over Europe
and the decision depends on many factors butfor us this would be the
first or second week of April (2nd → 14th) would be ideal.
