I think the timing of when to have the IRC meetings should mostly fit
the schedules of those involved with the next LGM. Sending reminders on
this list for the next upcoming meeting would also help.
I also think there should be a strong encouragement for those who have
organized past LGMs to at least review meeting minutes if not attend
live, since they can be very helpful with suggestions of solutions as
well as bring up unexpected problems they faced.
