[LGM] "State of Libre Graphics" presentation

hi

i've now taken over the collection of the slides for the state of libre
graphics 2018.

can i ask you to open ASAP a ticket on

https://github.com/libregraphicsmeeting/state-of-lg-2018/issues

with the name of your project and the name of the person in charge of
submitting the slides?
that way i know that somebody is keeping track of it for the project.

the delay for submitting the slides is set on next tuesday.

the preferred way of submitting the slides it though a pull request on
the github repository. if you're not comfortable with it, please send
me an email with the attached images and text file.

i'll be contacting a few project directly, but please add a ticket in
the repository if you think that a project should be contacted but
nobody in that community is registered in this mailing list.
