we should not add things per ftp (ssh) but add them to the repository.

https://github.com/libregraphicsmeeting/htdocs-2019

the files in that directory will automatically be "uploaded" to the LGM
server.
this is the preferred way of putting custom things on the server.
(on top of it, technically, i cannot personally create an account for
you; it goes through the tuxfamily admins)

this worked pretty well last year

https://github.com/libregraphicsmeeting/htdocs-2018

and the years before.

you can have a look at the files structure for 2018 to see how ale did
work with it.

if you're wondering, this workflow has been setup by a graphic designer
who is a wordpress specialist.
we did not invent it.
it allows all people concerned to have a clue what is happening
with the server.

i do not know how exactly you have created the styling for the 2019 lgm
site, but the fact that

https://github.com/libregraphicsmeeting/htdocs-2019

is empty gives me some worries... but well, i can only hope that you
did not use the style editor inside of wordpress (or that you at least
have a good backup of the changes you did).
as said, since you did not use the repository, i have no clue what
you are doing.

if you still have questions about the way to get files on the lgm
server, we can for sure have a chat meeting.

just one important things: if you now start adding your theme to the
repository, take care that it does not overwrite your customization or
otherwise produces errors related the fact that you have modified the
state of the server through wordpress. you might want to aks before
acting...

finally, concerning the font files:

- i don't know if you can upload them through WP... but even if you
can, i would not suggest you to do that.
- if you're using custom fonts, they should be opensource... and if
they are, you should be able to link to them from another site...

i wish you a wonderful evening
