[LGM] LGM 2020 Candidates and Discussion

As you may recall, we had set a deadline of June 1st for the original
proposals. We have received two, Colombo

The next obvious thing would be to ask questions about the proposals, but
it's less obvious to me how best to do that. Ideas?
