I have no idea either. I made the first contact. There seemed to be an 
agreement on principle, but there is nothing else I can do. LGM mailing 
list was in Cc of all my communication with C3VOC (apart from IRC 
discussions prior to the mail thread, but nothing more was there).

Now LGM needs to formalize it a bit, and tell them that it would pay for 
its transportation, accomodation and whatnot. That's not something I can 
do. I have no say or information at all on the funding or the agreement 
with Google which I never read, etc. Only thing I could do was what I 
already did (make a suggestion based on the good GUADEC experience I had 
and make the first contact), but this needs to be dealt in the end with 
whoever has the right to tell them how it will work financially: do they 
have to pay first and get reimbursed? Or are you paying first for them? 
What is the funding limit to get the material and people here? Discuss 
how things are going to be brought from Germany to Spain?

Then organization things need to be discussed which they actually asked 
in our original thread: how many talks a day are they expected to work 
on (we need the schedule for this)? Do we want them to shoot only the 
talks? Workshops and BoF too? Will they have volunteers helping them? 
Etc.
These are all questions they are waiting for an answer and I cannot give 
them an answer either.

And yes I would suggest a LGM representant tells them as soon as 
possible. If we delay too much, I would perfectly understand if they are 
not able anymore at some point (they cannot just book their whole week 
based on vague information until the last minute).
