C3VOC didn't work out due to lack of availability, and Kaveh isn't suitable
per this thread..  but Carlos López Sánchez (trayectos.org
<carlos at trayectos.org>) is already coming to lgm and has offered to make a
detailed proposal for leading the video recording and possibly streaming.

He has some experience with this already and will use libre software to do
it. He should make a thread on this list within the next few days.

Given his experience then this is not exactly diy but he is also not
(afaik) a professional event video service provider.

I was just mentioning this as it seems streaming is now pretty
straightforward with libre software.
