[LGM] LGM2019 – Temporary Website

Thank you for your mails. 

From what I got on Monday: I thought people would like to see a temporary site with the 2019 edition ideally within days. So therefore I made this quick website derived from a personal gatsby-template. but feel free to use it as you like. temporary/permanent/not all good to me.

Since the setup is not especially community-friendly (many technics involved) I offer to do the update for the youtube-videos.

If @libregraphicsmeeting (https://github.com/libregraphicsmeeting) is an organisation-account and you take me in as a member with the right to create new repos (https://help.github.com/articles/transferring-a-repository-owned-by-your-personal-account/#transferring-to-an-organization) I transfer the repo immediately there (did you see also the invite for the current repo from github?). So you can bring it in your setup and do with it whatever you like to do. This probably will break the Travis-CI. So you should add a new Deploy Key in the repo and replaces this https://github.com/signalwerk/LGM-htdocs-2019/blob/master/.travis.yml#L10 and https://github.com/signalwerk/LGM-htdocs-2019/blob/master/travis/.ssh/id_rsa.enc (encrypted with travis-cli).
