[LGM] group picture, final blog entry, announce for 2019: we're looking for writers...

Hi Frank,

This sounds great!

I would withdraw the words "organized on short notice" which only draws
attention to a fact that is irrelevant now that the event took place and
was in fact a success! And it makes us look disorganized. :/

I would also withdraw "by those present" which is nuts & bolts information,
of not great interest to the wide community! ;)

Everything else sounds great to me.
