[LGM] group picture, final blog entry, announce for 2019: we're looking for writers...

Hi, Louis.

I want to acknowledge the difficulties we faced so as to show how
exceptional it was that the event was successful. Is there another phrase
that might fit in place of "organized on short notice" that you would
prefer?

It sounds awkward just to mention "enthusiastic approval" without
indicating its source. "those present" seemed to be the best option since
we don't have a nice term for our stakeholders, as far as I know. Any ideas
for alternate wording there?
