[LGM] group picture, final blog entry, announce for 2019: we're looking for writers...

Hi all!
I published the post with Frank's text, Louis' suggestions, and the
group picture. I'm not sure if necessary, but we could include in other
post a presentation of Saarbrücken's proposal for next LGM, as Ale
suggests. Up to Saarbrücken's team. ;)
