[LGM] group picture, final blog entry, announce for 2019: we're looking for writers...

Hi Frank,

I fully understand your concern. What I think needs to be separated is
internal congratulations vs external communications. While for the local
organizers it's important to show empathy, for the rest of the world it
looks like we failed at some point to get things done in a timely manner.
That's my point. As I am not the best English writer, I cannot really offer
an alternative phrasing!

As for my second point, it's not really important at second thought !
