HI Soenke,

I think the site is coming along pretty well so far. I do think the Code of Conduct might benefit from some structural changes. Perhaps some headings would help divide it into its various parts:

Introduction/Rationale
Rules/Guidelines
Process/Arbitration
Summary (if needed)

The wording might be more concise also.
