[LGM] preparing the state of libre graphics 2019

hi

for this year we plan to follow the same path as last year and ask the
projects to "upload" their slides to a github repository:

 https://github.com/libregraphicsmeeting/state-of-lg-2019

the preferred way for submitting the slides will be through pull
requests, but opening a ticket in the issue and attaching the slides
attaches is also ok. (as last ressort i will provide my email
address...)

now, i have a few questions to you:

- @ local team, can you make sure that the projector will behave
  correctly with slides that are 1024×768 ?

- @ all of you who can you check that the list below is correct for
  the projects you participate in?

  - if your projects is among the one with a contact person / channel
    could you check that it's the correct one?
    (reporting the "wrong" ones is enough...)

  - if we don't have the contact information could you mention a
    person or channel?

  - are there any projects missing?

  - the current list is managed as a github issue:
    https://github.com/libregraphicsmeeting/state-of-lg-2019/issues/1
    you'll find there the current list of projects we will be using for
    the "state of libre graphics 2019"
