[LGM] State of Libregraphics 2019

dear LGMers

last year we have used a github repositroy for collecting the slides
for the "state of libregraphics".

we have accepted submission per email (iirc) but most people were fine
with making pull requests.

i suggest you that we will be doing the same for this year:

there is a ticket where i collect a list of all possible projects:

please comment no it if:

- you know of projects that are not yet on the list.
- you know how to get in touch with a project.
