Can we move that to GitHub or similar, if it's not there already?

Something that came up offhand during the setup time for "Flowers and
Samples" was the idea of a offered/wanted board, which could connect
volunteers and contractors with projects and commissioners. It seems a fine
idea to make part of the standard process of running an LGM :)
