[LGM] slides for the presentations

we are having so many good presentations!

please think about submitting your slides as pdf files to the github
repository:

https://github.com/libregraphicsmeeting/slides-2019

just do a pull request or fill an issue.

just two thinks:

- please try hard to submit PDF files so that everybody can easily go
  through your presentation...
- ... name your pdf file according the rules at the end of the
  README...
