[LGM] LGM 2020 in Rennes

At the organizational meeting this afternoon, we voted to accept the
proposal by the Rennes team to host LGM in 2020. Tentative dates (adjusted
slightly from the original proposal) are May 27th to 30th (Wednesday
through Saturday). If possible, be at the organizational meeting at 15:45
this Sunday to congratulate the Rennes team and to hear further details.
