[LGM] preps for LGM2020

Hi, Timothée.

We really need to cut over to the 2020 site soon and to send out the call
for participation. Some people have trouble getting visas and need a lot of
lead time in order to make that happen. Is the issue of venue availability
the only blocker at this point?
