[LGM] Proposal to postpone LGM to next year

Hi,

Thanks to everyone who gave their opinion on the topic.
As it appears there is a wide consensus, I confirm we are postponing the
LGM in Rennes to 2021.

About an online event this year, as several people suggested they would
like something in this idea,
we will send a survey to all registered participants, people who
submitted a proposal, and this list and the create list to evaluate the
possibility.

We will also update the website very soon to update the information
about the postponed event and the possibility of an online event.
