[LGM] some questions about the call

the html/php form had issues which would probably have led to the lost
of the submissions on each update of the website (they would also have
been downloadable by anybody and no second copy of the submission was
made).

christmas and new year came and the website has not been udpated since
the form has been put online.

that's why the form is now blocked, with a warning, but the links to it
are still/already there.

cédric has promised an update for the beginning of next week.
