[LGM] LGM 2022

i'm pretty sure that an agreement has been found in the mailing list or
on irc.

the decision has been taken to try again to have an LGM next year in
rennes and in two years in sri lanka.

i guess that the dates for next year will probably be similar to this
year, but afaic this topic has not been discussed yet with the global
organizers.
it's likely that tim will reply soon and confirm or correct what i've
said above : - )
