[LGM] Proposal to postpone LGM to next year

+1 for LGM2020 cancelling. Europe is now the center of the pandemic. And
this is only the beginning of the epidemic.
Moreover I'm affraid that LGM2021 will be cancelled too because scientists
forecast 2 years of pandemy.
