Hi,

Indeed and as you can see on the website, the program is already set.

About the "State of Libre Graphics", actually we skipped it as Halla who
proposed to do it had to cancel because she's not sure anymore she'll be
able to attend. Though if someone else steps-up to do it, we can
probably make room for it on Thursday's schedule.

Another thing to note about the program: a few days ago we re-organized
it to fit from Thursday 9th to Saturday 11th, the Sunday 12th will be
removed (we still need to update the dates on the front page to reflect
that, it should be done soon). Considering the amount of proposals
(note: we accepted them all) it was doable to remove one day, and on a
practical level it makes sense to avoid the Sunday. The reason is that
on Sunday (and on Thursday May 9th which is a holiday here), the city
bus/metro have very less frequency, first buses are quite later and last
buses a bit earlier. As Activdesign's office (the venue) moved recently,
the new place is a bit further from the center than before, so the bus
frequency is a bit more of a concern than before. For the Thursday, it's
not really a problem, we just avoided scheduling talks in the morning,
so everyone should have enough time to reach the venue before it starts.
But for the Sunday, it could be complicated for many people to reach the
venue early enough if there's something in the morning, or to leave
early enough to catch their train if there's something in the afternoon.
So really safer to remove the Sunday in the end.

Cédric and Elisa were going to announce it next week with some more
info, but as I started answering on the program topic I thought better
mention it already. They'll surely send another mail soon with the
remaining info.

Cheers,

Timothée
