[LGM] Proposal selection commitee

Hi ale,

since two talks have been deleted, we have decide to shrink the
official duration of LGM program so that people who want to get back
home early don’t feel guilty.

I don’t share Tim thoughts about our new place location : we have now 3
bus line, two having bus each 5minutes. + we have subway station at 10-
15minute walk, and it will run every day (subway is fully automated in
Rennes). So i think it is easier to come now, than before.
apart of that, our place is a bit smaller.
