Any Paris drivers?

I know questions like this are always long shots, but it can't hurt to ask:
is there anyone driving to Rennes from Paris on the 8th, and/or driving
back on the 12th?

I'll get in to Paris from London, which is no trouble, but the trains from
Paris to Rennes are pretty much either unworkable times to connect with or
are entirely sold out.

(There are some overpriced and way-less-convenient options, so I'm not
going to be getting stranded halfway, but if there is anyone roadtripping
it, for one or both legs, with any spare space, that'd surely be a better
time for all. I know lots of good stories about conference planning and
about how weird England is....)
