Hi LGMers

Only one week before we all meet again.

Just some reminders :

>From wherever to Rennes
- Rennes have a small airport, sometimes cheaper than train
- common bus line to rennes : flixbus, blablacar bus
- main french carpooling app : blablacar

At the airport :
bus line C6 to Cesson-Sévigné Rigourdière takes you downtown for 1.5
euro (Bank card can be used for automatic onboarding, contactless or
buy ticket in airport shops)


To come to LGM place :

C1 line : Stop at Carsat and cross the road
C2 line : Stop at Haut-Sancé (last stop), and walk backward few meters
11 line : Stop at Haut-Sancé
Metro A : Stop : la Poterie, Walk 10 minutes or take 11 line.

!! Metro B isn’t working at all. If you read somewhere this line is
cool and working, don’t believe it. It completely stoped few months ago
after some «contingencies».


LGM Program is ready for the 9th, 10th and 11th.
Notice that the event is taking place at Activdesign’s : 
Bad points :
- it is not that big (330 M2)
- we entered this building in january and didn’t manage to have
wheelchair accessible restrooms in time. We apologize for that. We
invite people who would need some to contact us directly and see if we
can find solutions in the building. The lift is small but a wheelchair
can enter.

Good point :
- we have no entry or exit time constraints
People who arrive days before can join us. We’ll be in preparations and
Inkscape meeting, but we won’t leave you alone :-)
Any team or people that would have a place or a room can cowork with
us, or help setting things.

wifi will be available through a portal, in accordance with French law.
you will have to accept giving an email adress, which can be fake,
according to french law i guess :-)

Welcome in France, 8th and 9th May are non working days (for good
reasons only). There might be less buses, or restaurant available
around. 
We will provide snacking on Thursday’s diner, but we advise people with
allergies or big hungers Gargantuas to come with their extra foods that
they might appreciate listening to the livecoding experience.


For everyone, notice that the event will be filmed (mainly
presentations but we never know). If you don’t want to be on the
pictures, please notify us at you arrival.

For the nice people doing presentation, we have chosen to use a TV
screen, to get better colors especially because de Open Space can be
sunny (it happens even in Brittany, whatever you’ve may have heard or
read. Don’t listen to malicious gossip. We are in Rennes, not Brest !).
It will be HDMI, tell before if it doesn’t work for you.

That said, we’re really looking forward meeting you and hope it will
help everyone and every project.
