Per document the last edited "view" is remembered.
What is not now possible now is to force the GUI into one of the view modes on
launch--in this case Print vs. Web
And for this--the control needs to go somewhere Tools -> Options -> [module] ->
View makes the most sense, with the setting recorded per module to each users
"registrymodifications.xcu"
IMHO this as orthogonal to additional work needed to resolve bug 75644, not
only as to size and placement of the module's window--but also its view mode.

And now similar is going to be needed for recording customization of all the
MUFFIN assemblages.
