            Bug ID: 111847
Summary: Difficult to access "Text..." in context menu of a
                    shape
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 5.4.0.3 release
          Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
                OS: Linux (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Impress
          Assignee: libreoffice-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
          Reporter: rot_753 at yahoo.de

Description:
It's tricky to open the "Text..." dialog for a shape. For me it only works when
I edit the text of the shape and perform a right-click on a space or the cursor
at the end of the text.

I need the "Text..." menu (in Writer this is now called "Text Attributes" and
is accessible much better) to change the "Spacing to borders". The more
accessible way of changing the spacing to borders in Impress is to use the
shape's option (right-click) "Edit Style...". However, this is not a good
option in most cases, as it changes the current style for the whole document.
That means the spacing to borders for all shapes using the same style change.
This is not what people usually want.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Draw a shape
2. Add text to the shape
3. Try to open "Text..." menu by right-clicking on the shape/text.

Actual Results:
"Text..." option only appears if I right-click on a space or on the cursor at
the end of the text.

Expected Results:
"Text..." option always appears when performing a right-click on the shape, no
matter if I'm currently editing the text or not.

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No
