Menu Bar -> Insert

Nice! Thanks for pointing this out. I was unable to find this in Help because I
did not use the appropriate search terms. And, like many users "if all else
fails, I go to Help".
Initially I tried to figure out how to change the page style by clicking on the
page style tab in the screen footer bar. This took me to the Page style menu,
opened at the Organizer tab, showing the [page] style "Name" and "Next style"
which proved to be unhelpful without more digging around in Help.
I am not sure this "Next style" is helpful or intuitive, but a mouse-over hint
"applied when a new page is created (i.e. Ctrl + Enter)" would save a LOT of
digging through Help.
