Calc file with sheet with bug in sort

I use Calc with the Function if() and cell adresses in the function
Sometimes, I change a date in the first column.
After, when I make a sort on the first column (date) ; cell adresses do not
change.
You can verify it in the file attachment.
This fact arrives since more 1 mounth with the precedent version and the last
version.
