No solution yet.

Notice of correction will be linked to this BZ issue. What devs need are
details of the grpahics GPU(s) and driver(s) that are affected as the cause and
any correction is difficult to reproduce.

For now please post details from a run of msinfo32.exe, as here with a system
that correctly renders the UI.
