Bug ID: 107581
Summary: VIEWING: does not scroll entire pages
Product: LibreOffice
Version: 5.2.6.2 release
Hardware: All
OS: Linux (All)
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: medium
Component: Writer
Assignee: libreoffice-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
Reporter: dparsons at emerall.com
View settings include an option to zoom to the entire page. This is helpful
for reading a document on larger screens.
You would expect when entire-page view setting is used, that scrolling (whether
by PageDown/PageUp or +/- in the Navigator) would scroll by entire pages. This
would preserve the sense of the "Entire Page" view.
But it is not the case. Only a partial page is scrolled and the Entire Page
view setting is lost.
This behaviour is the same whether viewing in single page, double page or book
mode.
Scrolling should scroll by whole pages when Entire Page view is used.
The behaviour is found in Debian 1:5.2.6-2, but I guess it occurs in
LibreOffice on other platforms too.
