Current https://help.libreoffice.org/Calc/Recalculate says: 
Choose Tools - Cell Contents - Recalculate
while recalculation from LO 4.0 is in "Menu/Tools/Options/LibreOffice
calc/Formula - Recalculation on file load".

Default values should also be added, up to LO 3.6 it was "Always" and from 4.0
it's "Never recalculate". (I submitted a Bug 107929 on that).

Also, recalculation and cached value import should be explained.
