They are incorrectly grayed out on linux (bug 98374) and are functional in Calc
to assign Number Formats.

@Cor, @Sophie: What is your take on using Ctrl + Shift + B and Ctrl + Shift + I
for strong emphasis and emphasis (bug 108015)?
