So let me be more clear about the issue of translation. What i'm hoping we can
do is limit the amount of changes to the existing elements if they are not
needed, as renaming the strings or moving them using your aliasising mechanism
will require the translation teams to retranslate them, which was the primary
reason for my string referencing mechanism mentioned in comment 2.
