I tested by printing out the 2nd page of attachment 141346 from Okular with my
Canon LBP7018C.
The only borderlines not visible were the ones around "Siegel".

This is only because you are reaching the limits of your printer. You must be
aware that the colours on the computer screen cannot all be reproduced with
printing.
In this case, the lines around "Siegel" are very thin and very light grey.

Solution is to use thicker lines and darker grey.
