I can confirm with Version: 6.3.0.0.alpha0+
Build ID: 2b6bd096f5bd9d250e4590d7150190086ad282b2
CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 6.1; UI render: default; VCL: win; 
and Version 4.0.0.3 (Build ID: 7545bee9c2a0782548772a21bc84a9dcc583b89)

File OpenBSD.ods -> password: TestBSD -> error The password is incorrect. The
file cannot be opened
