After discussion in IRC QA chan, meeks and x1sc0 concluded there's budget for
2019 to look into macOS specific wishlist items and this would be a good
candidate. Said to assign Tor, so doing that. This would be a really important
addition to LO on macOS as it is one of the very few apps not supporting
QuickLook.
