Not sure what's the problem there.  Per comment 33, Xcode 9.4.1 is old enough
to make the LO version built by Tor there be ok.  The current LO master
baseline (as documented in README.md) is Xcode 9.3, so that baseline itself
shouldn't be an issue.  No idea what Xcode version was used to build the LO
versions reported as problematic in issue 122211.
