Problem database

 The New>Labels

It's my understanding that once restarted in normal mode the "user" folder get
re-written.

How can I make a new label if the fields in database are not accessible?

I will attach one database. 

New development: LibreOffice Writer will not open
                  LibreOffice Calc will open but crashes when I try to open a  
                   previous made Writer document. 

I'm getting a "time out" in the forum here. Cannot send the database
