Claude: doing only "Continue in safe mode" will not reset the profile and this
is good, because there might be important things in the profile that need to be
salvaged before destroying it.

However, if you reset the user profile, any changes you made to things like
registered databases, customised menus & keyboard shortcuts, extensions
installed will be deleted. A new clean user profile is generated when
LibreOffice is launched.

You can re-register the database like so (copied from Help):

1. Choose Tools - Options - LibreOffice Base - Databases.
2. Click New and select the database file.

Let us know, how it went. I tried it with your file and New > Labels and it did
not crash.
