>From your screenshots it looks like you’re using KDE. We transitioned from the
old Oxygen theme to Breeze, but instead you’ve got Breeze Dark, which is
intended for dark toolbar backgrounds…

By the way, is there any reason why you aren’t using the Ubuntu-provided
packages? I would recommend you to use the official PPA instead of manually
downloading DEBs from libreoffice.org. The distro packages provide better
system integration as they’re built with newer dependencies.
