In Writer

Table Toolbar opens below document/slide/page when creating/selecting a table
in Writer/Impress/Draw

This was an issue that had been solved for 6.1 but showed up again in the 6.2.

Steps to reproduce:
1 - Open Writer/Impress/Draw,
2 - Go to View File -> User Interface -> Select Tabbed,
3 - Insert a table in the spreadsheet or select said table,

Result:
Expected - Tab focus moves to contextual Table tab (it happens), 
Unwanted - below the document/slide/page the Table Toolbar also appears
(undesired behaviour).
