Thank you for the direction. I would face palm, but a "General" category hidden
under Tools-->Options is not discoverable/intuitive UX. I would expect this
under Page tab/menu. Also, currently this setting applies to all documents and
does not save with the document. 

I will enhance my enhancement request :) . Please move/copy the Scale and Unit
of measure to the Page tab / menu and (optionally) save these settings with the
document. Probably do the same with the grid settings.
