Grateful. But is not duplicate:

1- This Bug 98144 was not clear enough in the enhancement.
2- This Bug 98144 is not about ineligible Cell DropDownList of columns smaller
than 22pt.
3- It has not been answered since 2016.
4- This screenshot of Bug 98144 does not show how Cell DropDownList of columns
less than 22pt are ineligible.
